How booking works
Our online booking is request-and-confirm. You fill the booking form with your preferred date and time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening) and send it to us via WhatsApp or by phone; our team then confirms your exact appointment time within 2 hours during opening hours (Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM). Your appointment is confirmed only after that call. No payment is required to book.
Prices
Prices are not published online. The current price for your test is given during the confirmation call or at the laboratory, and confirmed with you before testing begins.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge at any time before your appointment — call +234 806 843 9399 or message us on WhatsApp. If you miss a confirmed appointment, simply contact us to rebook; repeated no-shows may require walk-in attendance instead of reserved times.
Preparation
Some tests require preparation (for example fasting). Preparation instructions are confirmed on the call; if preparation was required but not followed, we may recommend rescheduling so your results are accurate.
Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–9:00 PM, subject to queue. Booked and confirmed patients are prioritised.
